Goat Crag 20th June

Me and Graeme got warmed up on D.D.T HVS *** today.

Then we got onto The Voyage E3 5c *** which was going brilliant until on pitch 3 I pulled a hold off, big lob, just missing Graeme on the way down. The Hold which was about a foot long landed at his feet. Lucky.
Ropes then got jammed on the abseil...

Epic.

Nice easy walk in today.

Esk Buttress 18th June

Stayed at Langdale Campsite last night, ready for a early march to Esk. No real rain since Nov and I still managed to get my feet wet on the approach.
Early cloud soon burnt off to leave a stunning day.

Me and Graeme did Hydra E2 5c* and a attempt on Esk Ape E5 6a **

Easier day on Sunday Hopefully.

High Crag 12th June

Met up with Scott at Keswick this morning, before driving over to Buttermere and heading up to High Crag.
Once again we had a crag to ourselves, which is strange considering great weather and bone dry crags for now.

The Philistine E1 ***
Lost Colonies E2 **
Gethsemane E1 ***
Dry Trim E1 **

Finished the day with a 10k run.
